RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE (CEBU)

Job Description Summary:

To deliver exceptional recruitment service (effective, timely and cost-efficient) to clients resulting in attracting, assessing, qualifying and recruiting the right people, while in support of the recruitment plans designed by the TL/RUH.

Responsibilities:

• To represent the Staffhouse and the client company during recruitment campaigns
• To support/assist the account holders in meeting their clients’ manpower needs
• To coordinate with RS/TL and IT the posting of all job vacancies in all job portals, social network sites, and newspaper (as required) as per clients’ needs
• To perform daily online searches to achieve the quantity and quality of CVs required for job interviews
• To conduct candidate screening through telephone, and scheduling of subsequent interviews, whether for face-to-face or skype interviews with clients
• To conduct all background and reference checks
• To prepare employment offers in consultations with hiring managers
• To ensure that confidentiality is always practiced in all aspects
• To complete all job offer documentation for proper turn-over to Processing Division
• To follow up acceptance of selected candidates
• Updates consolidated report on a daily basis
• To source for possible candidates through field sourcing or job fairs, as required
• To support other teams as needed
• To perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Education:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent

Work Experience:

• 1 year relevant experience

• Knowledgeable in sourcing and making sound hiring recommendations
• Excellent in written and verbal communication
• Proactive and a self starter
• Good Organizational and Problem Solving skills
• Good Customer Service background for both internal and external clients
