The Coordinator/Generalist is responsible for supervising daily operational activities related to the services provided to the client. He provides administrative and operational support. The Coordinator/Generalist works closely with the PS Head Office Operations Officer to deliver high-quality and timely assistance to the client.
In general, the Coordinator/Generalist is responsible for maintaining a harmonious relationship with the client. He serves as the liaison between the client and the cooperative at the store level. He is also responsible for supervising and managing the member-owners of People Serve.
Qualifications/Requirements
✔ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.✔ Knowledgeable in conducting interviews, screening resumes, and handling a team members.
✔ Experience in coordinating with clients, handling inquiries, and preparing various HR related documents (e.g., memos)
✔ Familiarity with timekeeping (DTR)
