About the role
Join the customer care team as a Customer Care Specialist. This full-time role is based in Bacoor City Cavite and will see you providing excellent customer service to clients over the phone and via digital channels. As a key member of the customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.
What you'll be doing- Answering inbound customer calls and responding to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective way
- Providing information about products and services to customers
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Adhering to all quality and compliance standards set by the company
- Collaborating with other teams to continuously improve the customer experience
- At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service or call center environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle customer queries and complaints
- Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry
- A positive, patient and resilient attitude when dealing with challenging customer situations
- Fluency in both English and the local language
