A Payroll Officer maintains employee masterlists, reviews periodic time reports, and manages tickets. Additionally, facilitating the processing of company and government loans, and precisely computing contributions such as SSS, HDMF, PHIC, and employee withholding tax.

Furthermore, he/she serves as a point person for all compensation and benefits-related concerns.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science or similar field
With at least 3-year experience in compensation and benefits

Strong knowledge of the Labor Code if the Philippines
