The Payroll Staff is responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of employee payroll, maintenance of attendance records, and monitoring of timekeeping data. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of manual payroll computation, and the ability to ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related field.At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and timekeeping is preferred.
Knowledgeable in manual payroll computation and attendance monitoring.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and payroll-related reports.
Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and statutory contributions.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.
