Job Qualifications

Bachelor degree in any Course. Preferably graduate of any business, management, or any
equivalent.
At least 2 years experience in Sales

Computer literate with knowledge in MS office tools. Mainly in Excel and Word

Responsibilities:
  1. Meeting clients to discuss their advertising needs
  2. Identify pain points and create solutions for the identified pain points
  3. Performing extensive research and learning all about the client’s products, marketing goals and
needs.
  1. Negotiating with clients, solving problems and making sure that deadlines are met
  2. Presenting campaign ideas and costing to clients
  3. Making “pitches” to win new business
  4. A Senior Business Development Manager will caddy and train the full operations
SOFT SKILLS
  1. Patient when dealing with the clients and production team
  2. Leadership skills to lead the team especially when faced with great challenges
