Posted on 24 April 2026Develop, implement, and manage the project-wide OSH program
Ensure full compliance with DOLE OSH Standards and other applicable regulations
Supervise Safety Officers (SO1, SO2, SO3) and safety personnel on-site
Conduct high-level risk assessments and approve safety plans and procedures
Lead investigation of serious accidents, incidents, and near-misses
Prepare and submit safety reports, compliance reports, and documentation to management and regulatory agencies
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections across all project areas
Lead safety trainings, orientations, and emergency drills
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and government inspectors
Ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Review and approve Method Statements, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and risk assessments
Ensure emergency preparedness and response systems are in place and functional
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Engineering or related field)Must be a certified Safety Officer 4 (SO4) under DOLE requirements
Completed required OSH trainings (BOSH/COSH and advanced safety training)
At least 5 years of experience in construction safety management
Strong knowledge of Philippine OSH laws, DOLE regulations, and industry standards
