Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures
Monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with safety standards
Conduct regular safety inspections and hazard assessments
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare reports and recommendations
Conduct safety orientations, toolbox meetings, and trainings
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers
Prepare and maintain safety documentation and reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and supervisors regarding safety concerns
Monitor compliance with DOLE OSH standards and other regulatory requirements
Recommend corrective and preventive actions for identified hazards
Ensure proper signage and safety devices are in place

Assist in emergency preparedness and response planning

Qualifications/Requirements

Graduate of any 4-year course (preferably Engineering or related field)
Must be a certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) as required by DOLE
Completed mandatory OSH training (e.g., 40-hour BOSH/COSH or equivalent)
At least 2–3 years of experience in safety, preferably in construction

Knowledgeable in Philippine OSH standards and regulations
