Qualifications/Requirements
What You'll Bring to the Table- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- At least 20 years of professional experience, including 15 years in senior leadership roles
- Proven experience managing multi-functional operations, shared services, or business support environments
- Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational development capabilities
- Knowledge of operational performance management and continuous improvement methodologies
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Kaizen certification is highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with Australian stakeholders
- Strong business systems knowledge, including NetSuite, HRIS, CRM, or similar platforms
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Lead all operational functions, ensuring alignment with business priorities and Australian department expectations
- Oversee day-to-day delivery of services across finance, administration, recruitment, HR, fleet, IT, sales, and marketing to ensure accurate, timely, and effective support for Australian operations
- Standardize workflows, optimize internal processes, and implement reporting mechanisms to improve service reliability, transparency, and performance
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across all support teams through clear performance expectations and values-based leadership
- Ensure compliance with company policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards across all teams
- Act as the key operational liaison with Australian department heads, ensuring consistent communication, alignment on deliverables, and responsiveness to evolving business needs
- Monitor workload distribution, capacity, and performance metrics to ensure resourcing meets the needs of Australian stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for system improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements to strengthen collaboration between global teams
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of global team members to build long-term capability, efficiency, and accountability
