We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in printing or packaging manufacturing and are passionate about leading production teams, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise daily manufacturing and production operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop production personnel to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products.
- Implement and maintain quality assurance standards throughout the production process.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime and reduce waste.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to optimize workflow.
- Prepare production reports and recommend continuous process improvements.

Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications:- bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a printing or packaging manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of printing processes such as offset, digital printing, die cutting, cutting, or digital machines (experience in these areas is an advantage).
- Experience in Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production reporting.
