About the role
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABE Cabanatuan at our campus in Burgos Avenue, Cabanatuan City. This is a full-time position that will provide key administrative and registrar support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing- Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management team and other departments
- Handling student and faculty inquiries and records, including course registration and scheduling
- Coordinating logistics and arrangements for meetings, events, and campus activities
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic
- Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Handling general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and ordering supplies
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in an educational institution

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Office suite
