About the role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ABE Cabanatuan at our campus in Burgos Avenue, Cabanatuan City. This is a full-time position that will provide key administrative and registrar support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management team and other departments
  • Handling student and faculty inquiries and records, including course registration and scheduling
  • Coordinating logistics and arrangements for meetings, events, and campus activities
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic
