Provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations. Responsible for preparing and organizing documents, handling email correspondence, coordinating schedules, and assisting in meetings, trainings, and events. Maintains filing systems, supports billing and documentation requirements, and performs other related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or any related course
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
With or without prior work experience in administrative or office support roles
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask

Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
