Admin Accounting Associate
l Answers and directs phone calls and maintains contact lists.
l Runs general errands, such as but not limited to, bills payment, bank transactions, pick up and/or deliver packages or documents.
l Ensures proper office housekeeping.
l Purchases office supplies and groceries.
l Helps in the supervision of any minor repairs that need to be done in the office.
l Assists the Accounting and Finance Department by obtaining information required from government agencies and suppliers.
l Packs materials received for dispatch, affixes labels, inserts materials in envelopes and franks outgoing mail.
l Other office duties such as photocopying, handling of in-coming/out-going phones, screening of visitors when called upon etc.
l Maintains file on information of lessees (Client Information/Credit History).
l Files insurance documents and keeps track of insurance information and renewal for property sites.
l Safekeeps Lessor's business permits, occupancy permit and real property taxes.
l Maintains copy of Lessee's business permits, occupancy permits insurance documents when applicable.
l Keeps file on all inventory/depreciable items purchased/assigned per property site.
l Keeps record on all rental receipts in behalf of Accounting and Finance Department.
l Scans important property documents and save in digital format in google drive.
l Safekeeps Key Box and maintains records requests and return of keys.
l Safekeeps proof of current utility bills per property site.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned by the Company.
