HR Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Preferably older than 38 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Human Resources field
• At least 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and performance management)
• Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and government compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Proficient in MS Office and HR systems

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage daily HR operations and staff
2. Oversee recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
3. Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
4. Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions
5. Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
6. Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans;
7. Facilitate training programs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
8. Manage compensation and benefits administration, including coordination with government agencies.
9. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
10. Support management in organizational development and change initiatives
