Qualifications:
- Preferably older than 38 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Human Resources field
- At least 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes (recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, compensation & benefits, and performance management)
- Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and government compliance (DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage daily HR operations and staff
- Oversee recruitment and selection process, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations
- Handle employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate actions
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention programs
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans;
- Facilitate training programs and coordinate learning and development initiatives
- Manage compensation and benefits administration, including coordination with government agencies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support management in organizational development and change initiatives
