EMBROIDERY SUPERVISOR- Supervise daily embroidery operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Allocate work to embroidery machine operators based on priority and capacity.
- Monitor workflow and adjust schedules to avoid delays.
- Ensure embroidery designs meet approved samples and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections of finished and in-process time items.
- Proven experience operating embroidery machine in embroidery environment.
- Profound knowledge of different types of embroidery machineries.
- Extensive knowledge of various computerized embroidery programs needed for the stitching and fabric manipulation process.
- Strong leadership and motivation skills.
