About the role
Tri Media Advertising is seeking a full-time Admin Document Controller to join our growing team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. This is a crucial administrative position that will ensure the smooth management, organisation and control of all company documents and records.You will play a key role in maintaining the integrity, accessibility and compliance of our documentation systems, supporting the entire organisation in its daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic advertising environment where attention to detail and organisational excellence are highly valued.
Key responsibilities- Support the end-to-end preparation, review, and processing of organizational Job Orders and contracts.
- Receiving , recording and storing documents in both physical and digital formats
- Transcribe accurate meeting minutes and manage structured digital and physical filing systems for seamless document retrieval.
- Oversee office supply procurement and facilitate shipping documents.
- Responding promptly to document requests and maintaining a log of all transactions.
- Providing administrative support to ensure efficient workflow and document-related processes.
- Proven experience in records management, document control or a similar administrative role within a professional environment
- Strong organizational and filing skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficiency in document management software and systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement process improvements
- Familiarity with confidentiality and data protection standards (such as data privacy regulations)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative whilst following established procedures
- A relevant qualification in records management, business administration or similar field is advantageous.
