Job Overview
The Account & Relationship Manager is responsible for managing client accounts, strengthening relationships, and driving long-term revenue growth through retention, upselling, and excellent customer experience.- Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain assigned client accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners
- Ensure client satisfaction and address concerns promptly
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Monitor account performance and provide regular updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and delivery
- Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and follow-ups

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with problem-solving ability
- Organized and able to manage multiple accounts
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or SaaS is a plus
