Job Description:We are looking for a driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, manage key accounts, and build strong client relationships across feedmill, hospitality, and FMCG industries. This role focuses on expanding market reach, developing strategic partnerships, and handling end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across feedmill, hospitality, and FMCG sectors
- Identify new business opportunities and expand client networks
- Manage key accounts and ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Handle the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong network in feedmill industry is highly preferred
- Experience in hospitality or FMCG sales is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and adaptable
- Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
