Sales Staff (Frontdesk)

This job is responsible for operating the telephone switchboard; answering and directing all calls to the right party, and transferring calls to the person concerned through the corresponding extension.

Qualifications/Requirements

Sales Staff (Frontdesk)

Knowledge:
  • Education: College Graduate
  • Experience: Six (6) months experience in telephone switchboard

operations; should be good in English and with good diction.

Skills:
  • Good in oral communication
  • Telephone Etiquette
  • Knowledge in computer applications preferably Windows
  • Adept in the use of office equipment
  • Knowledge of common office procedures
  • Customer care and service
  • Proper office decorum

CITY OF PASIG, NCR, SECOND DISTRICT

Remarks

This is a permanent position

Onsite work only

College graduate required preferably with Sales or Receptionist experience

The position is office staff such as various documentation, office works, answering phone calls, etc.
