Sales Staff (Frontdesk)
This job is responsible for operating the telephone switchboard; answering and directing all calls to the right party, and transferring calls to the person concerned through the corresponding extension.
Qualifications/Requirements
Sales Staff (Frontdesk)
Knowledge:- Education: College Graduate
- Experience: Six (6) months experience in telephone switchboard
operations; should be good in English and with good diction.
Skills:- Good in oral communication
- Telephone Etiquette
- Knowledge in computer applications preferably Windows
- Adept in the use of office equipment
- Knowledge of common office procedures
- Customer care and service
- Proper office decorum
