Front Desk Receptionist (Project-based)

Overview of the role:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner
  • Manage meeting room reservations and ensure they are clean and ready before
each use
  • Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
  • Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and presentable
reception area
  • Coordinate deliveries and receive packages or documents from couriers and
suppliers
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
  • Ensure security by following access protocols and logging visitor details

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Office Administration/Office Management, BS in Hospitality
Management/Tourism
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Preferably living within Metro Manila
