Front Desk Receptionist (Project-based)

Overview of the role:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and timely manner
- Manage meeting room reservations and ensure they are clean and ready before
- Handle daily inquiries via phone, email, or walk-ins
- Manage front desk operations, including maintaining a tidy and presentable
- Coordinate deliveries and receive packages or documents from couriers and
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
- Ensure security by following access protocols and logging visitor details
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS in Office Administration/Office Management, BS in Hospitality
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Preferably living within Metro Manila
