The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on-site
- Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project managers
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
- Prepare progress reports and documentation
- Monitor materials, manpower, and equipment usage
- Ensure quality control and proper implementation of engineering standards
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications: ✔️ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
✔️ At least 2–4 years of experience in building construction and road engineering✔️ Knowledgeable in on-site management and construction processes
✔️ Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
✔️ Willing to start within 2 weeks
