Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a Sales Engineer to anchor our technical sales operations in Mindanao. Unlike a traditional sales role, this position demands engineering depth — you must understand what clients are building, what their elevator specifications require, and how our solutions best fit their projects.Davao-based, field-heavy, and highly rewarding.
What You'll Do- Engage technically with developers, structural consultants, mechanical engineers, and procurement teams across Mindanao.
- Assess project requirements through site surveys, blueprint reviews, and technical discussions.
- Develop and present accurate, competitive technical proposals and product specifications.
- Support bidding and tender submissions for government and private sector projects.
- Build and maintain a strong technical sales pipeline; update CRM records consistently.
- Work closely with the project and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment from proposal to delivery.
- Identify new project opportunities through PhilGEPS monitoring and local construction network.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- 2–4 years of technical sales experience in elevator, escalator, MEP systems, or construction equipment
- Ability to read architectural and mechanical drawings
- Strong technical communication skills — able to explain complex specifications simply.
- Davao-based or willing to relocate — required
- Valid driver's license; willing to travel across Mindanao
