Product Support Engineer for Davao Branch

Job Description:

1. Actively collaborate with the Marketing Team and Partners on leads generation and events
2. Effectively conduct Product/Solutions Trainings, Updates and Demonstration to Partners & End-user
3. Effectively conduct Enablement Trainings and Technical Presentation to Partners and & End-user
4. Timely provide email, phone and the social media response and support to Partners/Clients’ solutions and technical inquiry
5. Timely provide On-site Support to Clients when deem necessary
6. Conduct site-survey/sizing to assess and evaluate the requirement of the Client
7. Conduct POCs and actual demonstration upon request of Partners/Clients’.
8. Assist the Sales Team in the generation of Technical Proposals and Pricing
9. Collaborate and assist co-engineers in resolving Client’s issues
10. Continuously update product and technical knowledge
11. Continuously improve presentation skills
12. Get technically certified based from development program and solution handling
13. Participate in every development program of the department that deem fit
14. File and submit reports and documents properly and on time

Job Qualifications:

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Leadership Skills
• Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• graduate of IT course, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or any related experience
• must have good communication skills
• must have good work values and a team player
• PL/SQL, Database & API, Cognitive/AI programming

With background on the following:

• Security & Anti-Virus Tools
• Application Server & Web Server
• Cloud Foundry/Cloud Technologies
• ASP/PHP/VB/Java programming

With experience on the following:

• Firewall, Networking, Security products implementation/supporting
• Cisco Router on CLI configuration
• Windows & Linux Systems Administration (AD, Exchange, SQL Server, Sharepoint)
• System Administration with virtual or software defined environment
• Network & Security Admin
• Server/Storage training or supporting
