FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark.
  • Assists the Admin Supervisor in all office administration tasks.
  • Answers phone calls promptly, politely, and always in a professional manner
  • Assists visiting foreign employees from arrival to departure and ensuring that they are taken care of while they are in Cebu Office
  • Receives all mails, parcels, or packages for the employees in accordance with the memorandum on receiving of mails or parcels.
  • Assists Recruitment Team by informing them as soon as there are employees for exam and interview and coordinates with them for walk-in applicants.
  • Accepts reservations of the office facilities in line with the memorandum sent.
  • Ensures that all employees are provided with lockers on their first day and locker provision for employee transfers (lateral or promotion) must be catered depending on where the employee will be assigned
  • Ensures that all locker keys have a duplicates available in case the ones given to the employees are lost .
  • Accepts reservations of the office facilities in line with the memorandum sent and ensures that the said facilities are inspected and cleaned before the next reservation
  • Accepts reservations for conference room, meeting room and board room, and ensures that the place is ready to use and clean at least 15 minutes before the reserved time
  • Books the accommodation and transportation of all visiting foreign employees.
Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed.
  • Must have at least six (6) months experience as Receptionist.
  • Experience as Admin Assistant is a plus.
  • Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
