Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors, students, and staff in a professional manner
  • Handle front desk operations, including calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
  • Manage visitor logs, issue temporary IDs, and ensure security protocols
  • Process student check-ins and check-outs, including room prep, billing, and inspections
  • Coordinate weekly arrivals and departures with housekeeping, maintenance, and kitchen
  • Prepare receipts, maintain records, and handle administrative documentation confidentially
  • Issue electricity bills, and process allowances
  • Monitor inventory, purchase supplies, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Schedule staff, drivers, and transport (e.g., airport pick-ups/drop-offs)
  • Handle student concerns, enforce school rules, and manage trip registrations
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Provide general office support and assist management as needed
