RECEPTIONIST

Job Summary:

We are looking for a part time Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with clients and visitors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Respond to inquiries and provide basic information about the company or services.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting rooms if needed.
• Assist with basic clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
• Coordinate with other staff to ensure efficient office operations.

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or college level.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of computers (Microsoft Office, email, etc.).
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in customer service is an advantage.
