Operations Supervisor

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Ensures complete execution of all planned transactions for all clients in the area and complete and accurate transaction records for documentation.

Assists the Warehouse Operations Manager in meeting transaction productivity, service level agreement and departmental objectives set by the company.

Education and Experience:

• College Graduate
• With at least 3 years work experience in logistics and warehousing as supervisor of operations
• With ample experience in leading teams and project management
• Experience in handling and implementing WMS systems and processes
• Knowledgeable in MHE operations and utilization.

Skills:

• Effective leadership ability and accountability to oversee the operation day to day operations.
• Strong and solid coordination skills.
• Ability to strictly promote and implement company policies and procedures within the department.
• Has an understanding of productivity, efficiency and safety metrics.
