About the role

As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate accounting practices.
What you'll be doing- Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
- Provide administrative support to the wider accounting department as needed
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Accounts Officer or similar role in the accounting/finance field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail
- Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred
