Quezon City - Accounting Officer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Support the finance team in cost control and financial decision-making.
• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA license is an advantage but not required.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a healthcare or service-oriented industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
