Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Sales Representative who is fluent in basic English, Tagalog, and Bisaya. The ideal candidate will excel in interacting directly with customers, guiding them through all phases of the sales process. This role involves identifying customer needs, presenting appropriate products or services, and ensuring a positive customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers directly in English, Tagalog, and Bisaya to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to recommend relevant products or services that align with their requirements.
  • Product Presentation: Clearly and effectively pitch products or services, highlighting features and benefits tailored to the customer’s needs.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee the entire sales process, including follow-up, closing deals, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide a seamless and positive experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and feedback.
  • Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed sales targets and contribute to team performance metrics.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in basic English, Tagalog, and Bisaya is required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customers.
  • Customer-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing a positive experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
  • Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
