Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor (Ramen Nagi Group – F&B)

About the Company:

Fagokho Corporation is the mother company of several multinational brands, including Ramen Nagi, Nagi Izakaya, Hakata Ton-ichi, Tendon Akimitsu, Fatfook, and other Japanese and Asian concepts.

We are looking for a reliable and results-driven Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics coordination. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate stock movement, on-time deliveries, and efficient warehouse processes to support our F&B operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatching of goods.
• Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely updates in the system.
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution to stores/outlets.
• Monitor and maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Enforce FIFO and proper food safety handling procedures in line with industry standards.
• Work closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Operations teams for stock availability and delivery requirements.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory to minimize variances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry.
• Familiarity with inventory systems or ERP is a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing perishable goods and understanding cold chain requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Can work in a fast-paced environment and willing to be hands-on.
• Willing to be assigned to our Glacier Warehouse located in Parañaque City.
• Willing to work on a 6-day work schedule with 1 non-fixed rest day.
• Can start ASAP.
