Talent Acquisition Associate (Open for Fresh Graduate)

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to Identify Staffing Needs: Work closely with hiring managers to understand and identify current and future staffing requirements, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational objectives.
  2. Screening Management: Establish Selection Criteria: Develop and refine the criteria for candidate selection to ensure a clear and consistent hiring process that matches the specific needs and expectations of each role.
  3. Sourcing: Source Potential Candidates Through Various Channels: Utilize online platforms such as social media, professional networks, and job boards to identify and engage with potential candidates, expanding the talent pool.
  4. Interview Management: Plan and Execute Interview and Selection Procedures: Organize and manage the entire interview and selection process, including initial screening calls, and in-person interviews, to ensure a thorough evaluation of candidates.
  5. ATS Management: Evaluate Candidate Information Using Applicant Tracking System: Systematically review and assess candidate resumes, contact details, and other relevant information through our Applicant Tracking System to maintain an organized and efficient hiring process.
  6. Candidate Management: Build and Maintain Long-term Relationships with Candidates: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates to create a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  7. Onboarding Management: Coordinate Schedules with Hiring Managers: Ensure seamless coordination of salary calibration, schedules, updates and status of Medical and Onboarding between hiring managers and candidates to facilitate timely and efficient interviews and follow-ups.
  8. End to End Recruitment Process: Manage Applicant End to End Recruitment Process: Oversee the enrollment of applicants from Sourcing, Interview, Offer, Onboarding (Medical, Background Screening), Hiring
  9. Mainly support Staff, Officer Roles in terms of Handling Sourcing, Offer, Onboarding and Hiring but may also tap on Sr. Specialist and above Roles if needed for support.
  10. Any other TA Related Duties may be assigned by the TA Manager.

Job Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field
  2. Open to fresh graduates; internship or OJT experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage
  3. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
  4. Basic knowledge of sourcing platforms (e.g., JobStreet, Indeed, LinkedIn, social media) is a plus
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks
  7. Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  8. Able to coordinate effectively with hiring managers and candidates
  9. Familiarity with MS Office; experience with HRIS is an advantage but not required
  10. Willing to work on-site in Upper McKinley, Taguig
  11. Can start immediately
