We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide outstanding customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Location: 6750 Ayala Avenue, Makati CityWork Setup: Hybrid | 3 days WFH, 2 days onsite
Schedule: Day Shift / Mid Shift / Night Shift
Salary Offer: ₱25,000 + Benefits
QualificationsAt least 2–3 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course preferred
Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
ResponsibilitiesDeliver customer support by addressing inquiries related to pricing, billing, delivery, and other concerns
Assist users with account access, registration, and profile updates
Handle basic order-to-cash transactions and processes
Maintain and update master data, including pricing, materials, and surcharges
Support the resolution of billing, pricing, and system-related issues
Prepare, review, and manage contracts and incentive documents
Generate, monitor, and analyze reports such as pricing updates and contract expirations
Utilize MS Office tools effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Qualifications/Requirements
