Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing excellent customer support. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Duties & ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, or in person
Assist customers with product warranty or service information
Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner
Process after sales, requests, and customer transactions accurately
Maintain and update databases via ZOHO
Coordinate with other departments to address customer needs
QualificationsBachelor’s degree
With or without experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
