FARES AND TICKETING CONSULTANT
About the Role
The Fares and Ticketing Consultant supports Personal Travel Managers and servicing teams by ensuring accurate fare processing and proactive resolution of ticketing issues. You'll provide real-time support and coaching, manage expectations via calls and emails, and work with structured fare procedures while driving an improved customer experience

- Work schedule – Morning shift Manila time (shift would start either 6:30AM or 8:00 AM)
- ** **Applicants must be willing to work at least 1 Saturday half-day work shift per month (Paid OT)
- Monthly Base Salary: PHP27,000
What We’re looking for
Qualifications & Experience- 2–3 years’ experience in a fares, ticketing, or travel operations role
- Working knowledge of airfare construction and pricing rules
- Amadeus GDS experience preferred (native and graphical)
- Sound knowledge of RTW, Circle Trip fares and Air Passes, fare validation, ticket issuance or reissue
- Must be able to do basic math and fare calculations
- Strong communication and listening skills – must be able to speak clearly on calls
- Able to follow structured processes and explain procedures verbally and in writing
- Preferably with extensive knowledge of Australian domestic and international fares rules and policies from carriers servicing and not servicing ANZ
- Ability to work independently or in a Team and manage tasks under pressure
- Support customer servicing colleagues via voice and email channels
- Provide detailed fares coaching during call and on email
- Advise and clarify fares rules and commercial policies accurately and in details whilst adapting to your audience
- Quality check existing reservations and coach to remediate errors.
- Fare reassessment for ticket reissue, both manual and utilising reassessment tools
- Assist with itinerary planning and best fare option including RTW and Circle Fares
- Manual Fare building and calculation
- Support & coach customer servicing colleagues with ticketing requests & land invoicing as well as reject remediation
- Research PNR & ticket history to remediate rejected refund applications, validate ADM’s and mitigate loss.
- Support centralized ticketing team with Australian local market expertise
- Analysis of trends and opportunities to close gaps and drive efficiencies
- Maintain fares & ticketing related documents such as learning resources and ticketing guides.
- Where required and/or needed ad hoc tasks will be given from time to time to achieve the campaign goals and targets of the client.
