As an Executive Assistant, you'll help ensure seamless tech execution by coordinating across global teams, maintaining compliance, supporting executive needs, and optimizing operations within a pioneering CX platform.

The Qualifications We Seek

Must Have:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite, senior leadership, or technical executives (CTO, COO, Head of Product/Engineering)
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable with technical and product-focused discussions
  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism
  • Proactive and detail-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in a tech or SaaS company
  • Ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations
  • Familiarity with Slack, Jira, Confluence, Notion, or other project management tools
  • Experience with ISO27001, GDPR, or other compliance processes
  • Interest in the tech sector and eagerness to learn new concepts
Your Daily Tasks
  • Provide high-level executive support to the CTO and executive team, including proactive calendar, inbox, and travel management
  • Coordinate and prioritize complex meeting schedules across multiple time zones and stakeholders
  • Track and follow up on key projects, action items, and deliverables across technical departments
  • Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for leadership, project, and board meetings
  • Draft and proofread internal and external communications, reports, presentations, and technical documents
  • Liaise with Software Development, DevOps, Operations, Support, Data, and QA teams to ensure smooth operational execution
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes for technology and operations staff in coordination with People & Culture and IT
  • Maintain compliance documentation such as ISO27001 and GDPR, and manage vendor contracts and renewals
  • Conduct research, prepare briefs on industry trends, and compile data for executive decision-making
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, solve problems, and improve team productivity
  • Coordinate company events, offsites, and special projects as needed
