Responsibilities - Payroll:

• Maintain client’s payroll databases for new hires, terminations, direct deposits, manual checks, accruals, garnishments and rate changes utilizing our Workflow Software;
• Assist in auditing time and attendance records and communicating to clients to educate them on our standards and processes
• Importing/entering records into both ADP and Paychex for time and attendance to maintain timely payroll processing; inclusive of tips, meal break penalties, hours, rates, and other required payroll information
• Submit previews and development audits for our clients to review prior to final submissions
• Maintain the pay period, quarterly and annual folders of payroll reporting per client including period end journal entries
• Handle workers comp audit reporting as they occur.

• Ability to work collaboratively with both clients and teammates
• Ability to manage projects and assignments with extreme accuracy and efficiency: detail oriented
• Excellent communication, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Introductory knowledge of accounting principles/practices
• Proficient with spreadsheet and word processing applications
• Proficient with Payroll Systems

• An Associate's Degree in accounting, business, finance or related field or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• With at least 2 years experience in doing payroll
• Open to Junior to Senior level
• Prior internship / work experience is a plus
• Prior experience in using Payroll Systems is a MUST
• Background in the restaurant industry is not required (FOH, BOH, Management), however, experience is a plus.
• Candidate must be willing to work onsite in Angeles City, Pampanga. (applicants willing to relocate).
• Willing to work on a Graveyard Shift from 12 midnight to 9 am.
