Job Summary: Creates and modifies computer programs by converting project requirements into code.
To provide support to all SPI computer software system users, such as: ERP, SFS, HR-Payroll System.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists in reviewing program objective, inputs data, and output requirements with analyst, supervisor and end-user.
Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language.
Programs the computer by entering coded information.
Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes.
Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions.
Maintains management confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
To assist Supervisor on software system supports.
To train end user about software system usage, reviews and supervises end users situation.
To resolve end users' operation problems and assist Supervisor on software system solutions.
Performs other duties/tasks as assigned by the IT System Supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements

Educational Attainment: College Graduate of any IT related Course

Professional Qualification: At least 2 years work related experience in a Manufacturing Industry

Exposure to ERP or Dynamics AX ERP is a plus factor but not required

Microsoft AX Certifications is preferable
