We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Operations Specialist to support bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative tasks for our internal team.

This role is primarily remote, with occasional office visits or hybrid work when needed.

• Assist with bookkeeping and finance-related tasks
• Process invoices, reimbursements, and payroll support
• Perform basic reconciliations and maintain financial records
• Support accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Maintain accurate spreadsheets and documentation
• Assist with reports, data entry, and operational tasks
• Coordinate with internal team members regarding finance and payroll concerns

• At least 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, payroll, finance, or admin support
• Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting tools is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Good English communication skills
• Willing to work remotely with occasional office visits if needed
• Pampanga-based candidates preferred
