Digital Marketing Specialist
About the role
Sert Technology Inc. is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in General Trias City, Cavite. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in driving our digital marketing strategy and executing impactful campaigns across various online channels.
What you'll be doing- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, websites, search engines, and other digital platforms.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts including content scheduling, audience engagement, and performance monitoring.
- Create and coordinate digital content such as graphics, videos, blogs, advertisements, and promotional materials aligned with brand standards.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience behavior.
- Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support marketing initiatives and campaigns.
- Maintain and update website content and ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Support lead generation and customer retention efforts through strategic digital marketing activities.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaign execution
- Proficient in search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content creation, and social media marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and experience interpreting website analytics, campaign performance data, and consumer insights
- Strong creative and copywriting abilities to craft engaging and compelling digital content
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment
