What you'll be doing- Create, plan, and publish content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Develop creative content such as graphics, captions, videos, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and platform analytics to optimize content performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives, promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting of marketing materials.
- Respond to online inquiries, comments, and messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new content opportunities and marketing trends.
- Ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics
- Excellent organizationalG and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Passion for staying up to date with industry trends and best practices
