Temporary Work From Home, Full Time CSR/VA experience: 1-2 years

VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to responsible departments
  • Record details of inquiries, feedback, etc.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Issue invoices to clients as needed.
  • Research for business information effectively.
  • Maintain clients' appointments/calendars.

Skills needed:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Communication skills (prior call center experience is highly preferred.)
  • Tech-savvy (proficient with the navigation of multiple web-based tools)
  • Keen attention to details and can multitask.
  • Data Entry and Web research skills
  • Reliable and has excellent listening skills

Requirements:

  • Fluent in American English with a neutral accent is incredibly important. A near-native speaker is a huge plus.
  • Has warm and friendly personality
  • Can work with minimal supervision
  • 1-2 Years experience as a CSR/VA
  • Preferably Female and Cebu-based applicants.
  • Someone seeking long-term employment and career growth
  • Training will be provided so you are expected to work in our office for 1 week before transitioning to Work From Home set-up.
