Morison Pitt is a premier Legal Process Outsourcing (LPO) partner dedicated to delivering top-tier support to law firms across Australia. As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to spearhead our market expansion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Drive Business Growth: Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the legal sector to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strategic Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian lawyers, and directors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of law firms and articulate how our service solutions can optimize their workflows and reduce costs.
- Lead Generation: Proactively research and identify potential clients, building a robust pipeline of qualified law firms and independent legal practitioners in Australia.
- Telemarketing & Cold Outreach: Initiate contact with key decision-makers (Managing Partners, Practice Managers, Solicitors) through cold calling, email campaigns, and professional networking.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial cold outreach and discovery calls to pitching, negotiation, and closing.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with the Operations Director and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are accurately transitioned from the sales phase to implementation.
- Market Mapping: Strategically analyze and segment the Australian legal sector to identify high-potential law firms and solo practitioners.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven success in outbound BPO sales, inside sales, or corporate account acquisition.
- A demonstrable history of smashing sales targets and successfully navigating long, complex corporate sales cycles.
- Exceptional pitch, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Hands-on experience working with standard CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, or Zoho) to manage pipelines.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the grit to hunt for new leads independently.
- Ability to work hand-in-hand with operations to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a polished, professional phone demeanor suitable for C-level and legal executives.
