Position Summary

Sr. Sales Executive is responsible for the budgeted sales and income targets by initiating, promoting, and developing sales opportunities for the range of assigned products sold by the Company. This position also requires continual improvement and strengthening of relationships with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve revenue targets through strategic planning, customer engagement, and consistent reporting
  • Responsible for forecasting, executing sales plans, and maintaining strong relationships with both customers and suppliers.
  • Build strong customer and supplier relationships through sales and relationship management
  • Conduct regular client visits, technical and commercial support, and efficient order processing, while also serving as a key liaison with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and identify growth opportunities.
  • Expand market reach by acquiring new customers and opportunities, while providing technical support and managing product lifecycle from sample testing to commercialization.
  • Conduct market analysis, inventory management, and sales follow-up
  • Proactively track customer needs and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions, ensuring optimal stock levels, and managing accounts receivable to minimize financial risk.
  • Ensure compliance and process integrity, adherence to internal guidelines and audit recommendations
  • Monitor sales team processes, implement corrective actions, and provide necessary audit documentation.
  • Strict adherence to company policies, including those related to conduct, quality management, and environmental, health, and safety (EHS)
  • Compliance with legal and operational EHS requirements, and active participation in EHS programs.
  • Ensure clients adhere to Jebsen & Jessen Ingredients (P) Inc. processes and guidelines in terms of business transactions.
Qualifications
  • Graduate of the following courses: BS Chemistry, Chem Engineering or related course.
Experience
  • At least 2-3 years of sales or technical experience selling/managing product application of raw material for Paint, Ink, Adhesive and Construction Industry
  • 1-2 years of experiences in Sales and Marketing experience preferable in the assigned Industry is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office applications and SAP C4C sales module
  • Strong Sales acumen and self-motivation
  • Strong leadership skills and people management
