About the role
JR PLASTIC' is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our dynamic team in our manufacturing facility located in San Pedro City, Laguna. As a Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a team of production workers, ensuring efficient operations and meeting our high-quality standards.This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career growth within our organisation.
What you'll be doing- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of production workers to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity and quality
- Provide training and guidance to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
- Communicate effectively with the production team, management, and other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Thorough understanding of quality control and safety protocols
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
