ASSISTANT TEAM LEADER for iTech Festival – Muntinlupa

Join our growing team at iTECH Festival Mall – Alabang. We’re hiring an experienced and dependable Assistant Team Leader to help oversee daily store operations, support the team, and ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or college level in Information Technology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in sales and cashiering (POS and manual systems)
• Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong background in inventory tracking and stock monitoring
• Proficient in computer operations and MS Office tools
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Preferably with previous experience in the mobile retail industry

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist walk-in customers and recommend suitable products based on their needs
• Guide and support team members in reaching performance goals
• Handle POS transactions and ensure accurate sales reporting
• Monitor current pricing, SKU listings, and inventory levels
• Track and review cashier reports, petty cash, and change fund
• Work closely with the Team Leader to meet store targets and support operational plans
