Accounting Assistant (Malabon City)

We are seeking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to support our Accounting Team with BIR Taxation records, account payables/receivables, data entry, record-keeping, data analysis, sales tally, etc. This role will assist in preparing tax reports, sales reports, reconciling accounts, and accounts overdue among others.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Helps process BIR Tax records, sales invoices for payments, reconciliation of accounts, monthly sales report, bad accounts, credits and collection, etc.
2. Maintain Company tax documents, accounting records, and documents for commissions and transactional analysis.
3. Supports BIR Tax team, credits and collection, audit, or sales admin people for fast-track sales analysis.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in accounting or any work-related experience as Accounting Assistant who specializes in BIR Taxation records, strong knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, data analysis, or sales report
• With strong work ethics, good attendance, strong sense of morals, and a positive work attitude
• Proficient in in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (sheets, docs, etc.) Applications.
• Team player, competent, capable, self-motivated, results-oriented, responsible, and can work with minimal supervision
• He / She must be willing to work in an Office and Production / Manufacturing / Warehouse setup with more than 500 employees
• Residents of CAMANAVA Area are preferred but not necessarily required.
