Who are we looking for:
As an Accounting Assistant, you are expected to provide support to the finance and accounting team in various accounting and financial tasks. Maintains accurate financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Helps in maintaining business registration and handles all compliance and regulatory requirements of local taxing authorities.

  • Analyze different company accounts and prepare necessary adjusting journal entries.
  • Prepares vouchers and checks.
  • Maintains up-to-date billing system.
  • Reconciles advances to/ from affiliates.
  • Prepares monthly and quarterly VAT schedules for remittance.
  • Prepares and submits monthly and quarterly BIR returns and other tax matters.
  • Prepares government remittances.
  • Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications/Requirements

What does it take to be part of the team?
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Accounting Management, Financial Management, or in a related field.
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply!
  • At least 6 months of working experience in accounting and taxes is preferred.
  • Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to be assigned in: PASAY (HEAD OFFICE)
