Job Summary
The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing team in executing campaigns, managing social media activities, coordinating promotional materials, and assisting in day-to-day marketing operations. This role requires a proactive individual who can work under tight deadlines and contribute to the effective implementation of marketing strategies.Immediate availability is required.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Manage and update social media accounts and online content
- Create basic marketing materials such as posts, captions, and visual content coordination
- Support lead generation activities and promotional outreach
- Coordinate with internal teams for marketing requirements and project updates
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
- Assist in organizing events, promotions, and brand activations
- Maintain marketing databases, files, and documentation
- Perform administrative tasks related to the marketing department
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in marketing is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools and content creation is a plus
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Willing to start immediately (ASAP)
