Marketing Assistant
Lead Generation & Campaign Support:
- Support lead generation campaigns across digital and on-ground channels.
- Assist in developing marketing initiatives through events, partnerships, social media, and digital campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and lead metrics.
- Maintain marketing databases, lead trackers, and campaign reports.
Event Management & Execution:
- Assist in organizing and executing corporate events, webinars, roadshows, trade shows, and partner activities.
- Coordinate event logistics, registrations, suppliers, marketing materials, and on-site execution.
- Support event promotions and post-event reporting, including leads generated and engagement insights.
Social Media Management:
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Track platform performance, engagement, and audience growth.
- Support content planning and coordination of multimedia assets.
Website and Digital Marketing:
Assist in managing and updating website content, landing pages, banners, and marketing announcements.
Support digital campaigns including email marketing, paid ads, SEO, SEM, and social media promotions.
Monitor campaign and website performance to support optimization and lead generation.
Marketing Collaterals & Creative Support
Assist in designing presentations, brochures, flyers, event materials, social media graphics, and promotional content.
Ensure all materials align with company branding and communication standards.
Support video and multimedia content preparation when needed.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of marketing, lead generation, and digital campaigns.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and content management.

Technical Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Canva, Framer, Figma, and other design tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics platforms.
- Basic knowledge of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, email marketing, and digital analytics.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management or lead management tools is an advantage.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Internship or prior experience in marketing, events, social media, or digital campaigns is an advantage.
